2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Responsibility

- All activities under your account
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the backup of your website data. In case of loss of data the company will not be reponsible.
Failure to maintain accurate information may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Domain Registration Terms
4.1 Ownership and Control
Domains registered through SiliconSoft.dev are subject to the following policies.
You acknowledge that you are the registrant, but the domain is lent to you. It remains the property of SiliconSoft.
4.2 Domain Suspension or Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend, lock, or cancel domains in cases including but not limited to:
- Abuse complaints, including spam, phishing, or malware
- Court orders or regulatory directives
- Any other reason we see fit
We are not bound to provide reason for domain suspension or cancellation.
4.3 Expiration and Renewal
- Domains must be renewed before expiration
- Failure to renew may result in grace period, redemption period, deletion, or loss of domain
- SiliconSoft is not liable for loss of domains due to non-renewal
4.4 Transfers
- We do not transfer domains. They will remain in our ownership till the end of the domain expiration date. If you wish to be the owner of the domain you can purchase after the domain expires from any other registrar.
4.5 Refunds
Due to the inherent nature of the business we do not offer refund.
5. Hosting Services
5.1 Service Scope
We provide hosting services on a best-effort basis with commercially reasonable uptime targets.
5.2 Resource Usage
You agree not to overload servers, abuse resources, negatively impact other users, or use hosting for crypto mining.
We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts exceeding fair usage.
5.3 Backups
The website account has a builtin backup feature. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own website backups.
5.4 Uptime and Downtime
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, network failures, third-party outages or force majeure.
5.5 Account Deletion
We reserve the right to delete any accounts without assigning or providing any reason. In pursuant of the clause 3, above you are responsible for maintaining a backup of your website.
5.6 Refunds
Due to the inherent nature of the business we do not offer refund.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, abuse, spam, phishing, malware, ransomware, unauthorized access attempts, or DDoS attacks.
Violation will result in immediate deletion without notice.
7. Payments and Billing

All services are billed in advance. Prices may change without notice.
7.2 Refunds
Due to the inherent nature of the business we do not offer refund for "any" of our services.
7.3 Non-Payment
Failure to pay may result in suspension, termination, loss of data, or loss of domains.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if Terms are violated, payment issues occur, or legal or regulatory requirements demand it.
We reserve the right to act without prior notice.
9. Data and Privacy
Data may be processed for service delivery, and we may disclose information when legally required.
10. Limitation of Liability
SiliconSoft.dev is not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, lost profits, or similar damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiliconSoft.dev from claims arising from your use of services, violation of these Terms, or content hosted under your account.
12. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. We retain ownership of the domain and hosting, software, and infrastructure.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of any service (domain and/or web hosting) constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated with regards to these terms of service.
